Advisors registered with WWA may recommend 401(k) accounts to clients at their discretion. 401(k) accounts must always be facilitated through one of the pre-approved strategic partnership with WWA - either 401GO or American Trust.

How Billing Works:

  • Fees are assigned to accounts direct at 401GO online through your Advisor portal. The WWA EIN number (46-5737825) needs to be entered on your account, and the fees for each client entered individually. Fees should always be established by monthly basis points only up to a maximum of 100bps (no flat fees, no fees over 100bps).

  • 401GO delivers payments direct to WWA. Advisors are paid by WWA via ACH each month. WWA keeps 30% of 401k account proceeds.
